Owner/Chef Günther Schubert is a European-trained Chef with a Certified Chef de Cuisine (C.C.C.) designation. Through his many years experience as an Executive Chef of fine dining establishments and private clubs, as well as a previous restaurant owner/operator and community college culinary instructor, Günther is well qualified to meet the varied needs of food service operators. He is a member of the Escoffier Society of Toronto and the Canadian Federation of Chefs and Cooks.

Knowing about food and its preparation is one of life's basic skills. We offer a variety of cooking classes to suit the novice or the experienced cook ranging from the preparation of an everyday type of meal to a special dinner. Minimum class size is 10 people.
